WOAY-TV (Oak Hill, WV): Following a frontal passage this evening with one more round of rain, deep blue sky returns for Hump Day!
THIS EVENING: The sun will break out and warm the temperature to 70 degrees before one more round of rain arrives around 8 p.m. A patch or two of fog is likely after sunset.
WEDNESDAY THROUGH FRIDAY: A patch or two of fog prior to 8 a.m. will give way to deep blue skies, low humidity and upper 70s. The UV Index will hit 9, which means a sunburn is likely in 30 minutes or less. Thursday will see near record highs again (carbon-copy of Monday) and Friday will be warm and more humid with near 80 degrees.
WEEKEND INTO EARLY NEXT WEEK: A sprinkle or shower Saturday morning will give way to a couple of downpours in the afternoon. Another shower is likely Sunday afternoon and then Monday and Tuesday will be warm and humid for this time of the year but dry.
