All westbound traffic on Harper Rd. is being redirected onto Westwood Drive.
Eastbound traffic on Harper Road is shut off at Carriage Drive.
Beckley, WV (WOAY)- Beckley Police Department reports Harper Road is closed from Northwestern Avenue to Carriage Drive due to a tractor-trailer rollover.
We will provide further updates as crews work to clean up the wreckage and reopen the road.
