Greenbrier Valley Theatre holding open auditions for Guys and Dolls Sr. production on December 18 & 19

Lewisburg, WV (WOAY) Attention all seasoned actors and actresses in the Greenbrier area, we have a casting call for you!

Greenbrier Valley Theatre will host open auditions for Guys & Dolls Sr. on Thursday, December 18, and Friday, December 19, from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm.  

Interested thespians are free to attend either audition at the Greenbrier Valley Theatre, at 1038 Washington Street East in Lewisburg. 

No sign-ups are necessary, but actors must be 55 years or older to audition.

Once participants arrive, they will fill out a contact form and conflict calendar.

The theatre will assign participants a short side from the script and give time to review before auditioning.

Participants may also want to prepare roughly 45 seconds of a song to sing a cappella. 

Rehearsals will take place during the last two weeks of January and the first week of February.

The production will run February 4-7, 2026.

Since Guys and Dolls Sr. is a concert-style production, lines and lyrics do not have to be memorized.

Scripts will be on music stands throughout the performance.
