UPDATE: Greenbrier County Authorities report Jasmine Simmons has been located safely.

Rainelle, WV (WOAY)- The Greenbrier County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help from the public to locate a missing juvenile.
Jasmine Simmons, a 15-year-old, was last seen on the night of October 9 at the McDonald’s in Rainelle.
Deputies have attempted to locate Simmons at several locations in Rainelle with no success. Attempts to locate her phone have been unsuccessful.
