Lewisburg, WV (WOAY) The Greenbrier Humane Society’s donation-based spay and neuter voucher program is returning on April 1.
The program helps pet owners in the community afford spay and neuter services for their cats and dogs.
To receive a voucher, pet owners should first schedule an appointment with one of several participating veterinary clinics, including Alderson Veterinary Hospital, Seneca Trail Animal Hospital, and Lewisburg Veterinary Hospital.
Each clinic receives ten vouchers per month, so appointments may fill quickly.
Once an appointment is scheduled, pet owners must pick up their voucher in person at the Greenbrier Humane Society before the appointment date.
Stop by the shelter at 151 Holliday Lane in Lewisburg, open Tuesday through Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
