GREENBRIER COUNTY (WOAY) – The Greenbrier County Courthouse Facebook page announced the unexpected loss of commissioner Blaine Phillips in a Facebook post.
Phillips passed unexpectedly on Wednesday, March 20th.
Greenbrier County officials say Phillips had dedicated himself to being the best public servant possible. The county says it will keep him and his family in their thoughts and thanks him for his friendship and service to the community.
