Greenbrier County, WV (WOAY) – Governor Patrick Morrisey took his income tax cut campaign to Greenbrier County Thursday at the state fairgrounds in Fairlea as the current legislative session enters its final days.
Morrisey spoke on what he called the best six-month stretch of economic development in state history, with more than ten billion dollars in projected investments.
Morrisey pushed his ten percent across-the-board tax cut, but conceded that the final number may land closer to five percent, saying it is a starting point to greater cuts down the line.
