Kanawha County, WV (WOAY) – Governor Patrick Morrisey held a press conference in Charleston on Tuesday, saying that the state would match donations to food banks.
Morrisey said the state has $13,000,000 available to match donations.
The Governor expedited 1.1 million in state funds to food banks last week.
He is asking West Virginians to make donations to either Facing Hunger or the Mountaineer Food Bank.
