Governor Morrisey orders flags to be at half-staff to honor Dick Cheney

Kanawha County, WV (WOAY) – Governor Patrick Morrisey has ordered flags to be flown at half-staff in honor of the 46th vice president of the United States, Dick Cheney, who recently passed away.

The order began at noon on Thursday and will remain until sunset on the day of interment.

In a statement, Governor Morrisey said Cheney was a dedicated leader and public servant.
