Kanawha County, WV (WOAY) – Governor Patrick Morrisey has appointed 4 people to the West Virginia Veterans Council and the Board of Pharmacy.
Morrisey appointed Sheriff Bobby Eggleton, Kelvin Upson, and Gary Roberts to the West Virginia Veterans Council.
Eggleton brings over 2 decades of experience from both the Marine Corps and the Charleston Police Department. He was also elected as sheriff of Putnam County.
Upson brings over 20 years of military senior leadership and is a senior cyber professional and systems engineer.
Roberts is a Marine Corps veteran and is currently a county commissioner in Nicholas County.
He appointed Brian E. Sayre, PharmD, to the Board of Pharmacy.
Sayre earned his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Biology from Davis and Elkins College and his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from WVU School of Pharmacy. He is the Vice President of Pharmacy Services for Vandalia Health Inc., and actively researches and coauthors papers in the field of drug stability.
