Gov. Justice issues executive order for hospitals to start preparing for a restart if certain conditions are met

CHARLESTON, WV (WOAY) – Gov. Jim Justice has announced by executive order that hospitals can submit a request to start performing elective surgeries if they meet certain criteria, starting April 27th.

Justice says “we have to ease ourselves back into restart, we’re not going to run back into restart.”  He went on to say that elective surgeries and general care at hospitals are a place to start.
