MINDEN, WV (WOAY) – One of the most popular outdoor seasons in Southern West Virginia is coming to an end this week.
Gauley season wraps up this weekend and it’s been one of the busiest in years. Ace Adventure Resort had a record-breaking start to the season, which has continued heading to the final weekend.
“If you’ve ever thought about getting on the Gauley, even if you haven’t rafted before, don’t forget that the lower Gauley is a great way to get out there,” said Ace Adventure Resort Marketing Director Haynes Mansfield. “It’s beginner friendly and it’s another way to see this amazing resource we have here in the state.”
