WOAY – Hear from Virginia Tech head football coach Justin Fuente as the Hokies continue preseason practices ahead of the 2020 season.
The fifth-year head coach is noting how the team has stayed focused on practices so far, and not getting distracted by outside circumstances. As of Friday, four FBS conferences announced they will not play football this fall, along with several additional schools.
The Hokies have completed four preseason practices, as the countdown continues to their September 12 opener against NC State. Virginia Tech is currently slated to play 11 games this season, including a non-conference matchup in November against Liberty.
