Fruits of Labor owner to appear at Appalachia Rises conference

The owner of Fruits of Labor will represent the area at the Appalachian Regional Commission’s annual conference on Sept. 12.

Tammy Jordan will be a panelist during a discussion about practical ways to help communities navigate workforce and behavioral health problems.

Fruits of Labor was the blueprint for the Communities of Healing program, which was funded by the ARC in 2020.

The two-day conference is called Appalachia Rises and focuses on resiliency and collaboration.
