The West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources is warning about a recall of food pouches that reportedly have high lead levels.
The recall affects Wanabana apple cinnamon fruit purée pouches that come in three packs.
It also comes under the label of Shnucks apple sauce and Weis cinnamon apple sauce.
If you bought any of these items, immediately return them for a full refund. If you think your child was affected, contact your healthcare provider.
