Hico, WV (WOAY) A local brewery is celebrating maple season with a community event this weekend.
Freefolk Brewery will host Maple Days on Saturday, March 21, from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at 25385 Midland Trail Road.
Maple Days will feature the release of a special Maple Cream Ale brewed with local maple syrup sourced from Blossom Hill Farms in Victor.
The event will also include live music courtesy of Ryan Brandenburg and Brian Dennis, a small craft vendor market, and food specials like chicken and waffles.
Organizers say the event is meant to highlight local makers and seasonal flavors as spring approaches.
