MONTGOMERY, WV (WOAY) – In honor of National HIV Testing Day, the Fayette County Health Department is offering free HIV testing on Saturday June 27.
The test will be conducted in a drive-thru format so you won’t have to exit your vehicle. The test is a simple finger prick and you will have your results in minutes.
“We will be at Bridge Valley, the parking lot there,” said Fayette County Health Officer Dr. Anita Stewart. “We will be doing free HIV rapid testing. You will get your results in a minute. It’s really important to know your status. We recommend that you be tested at least once of year but definitely once in your lifetime.”
The testing will be available from 11AM to 2PM at Bridge Valley campus behind Pathfinder Hall in Montgomery.
