Kopperston, WV (WOAY) Five people are facing felony drug charges in Wyoming County.
The Wyoming County Sheriff’s office, state police, and southern regional drug and violent crime task force executed two search warrants on Tuesday in the Kopperston area in connection with several felony drug offenses.
Authorities conducted one search in Crany at Koppers City Bottom Road and another at Lester’s mobile home park.
The search resulted in the recovery of 61 grams of fentanyl, 6 grams of methamphetamine, 26 suboxone strips, 34.5 gabapentin pills, 7 Alprazolam pills, and 9 1/4 clonazepam pills.
Authorities also seized $6,390 in cash, 3 firearms, and a firearm suppressor.
Police arrested Chad Lewis Bailey and Amanda Sue Morgan, charging them each with several counts of delivery of fentanyl, methamphetamine, and drug conspiracy.
Authorities also arrested Joshua Pennington on charges of delivery of fentanyl and drug conspiracy, and Margaret Gibson Vance on delivery of fentanyl.
A fifth individual, identified as Tony Bailey, was also arrested on the charge of maintaining a drug dwelling.
