West Virginia (CNN)—Fisher Price has recalled 250,000 Brunch and Go stroller toys due to a choking risk.
The toy features a plush avocado toast with three smaller toys hanging off: A mirror tomato, a crinkle of bacon, and an egg teether.
The issue is specifically with the egg teether attachment.
Fisher Price has received five reports of the yolk of the egg cracking and breaking off.
In two reports, an infant had pieces of the egg toy in their mouth.
Thankfully, no injuries have been reported.
Fisher Price says if you have this toy, you should immediately stop using it and contact them for a free replacement toy.
