FEMA Disaster Recovery Center open in Bluefield for residents impacted by Hurricane Helene

Bluefield, WV (WOAY)- The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has opened a Disaster Recovery Center in Mercer County for residents impacted by Hurricane Helene.

The center will be at  MapleView Church of Christ at 194 Robins Rest Road in Bluefield and opens at 10:00 am on Monday, December 16.

If you live in Mercer County and suffered storm damage from the remnants of Hurricane Helene from September 25-27 you are likely eligible for aid.

Individuals can also apply for aid online at disasterassistance.gov or by phone at 800-621-3362.
