Fayetteville, WV (WOAY)- Fayetteville is seeking residents interested in making West Virginia’s coolest small town sparkle.

Fayetteville residents and surrounding community members are invited to participate in a community-wide clean-up.

Two opportunities will be available to help with the clean-up, which will kick off on Friday, April 25-26.

Volunteers will meet at the Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Building parking lot at 8:00 am and work until 3:00 pm.

The town advises volunteers to be prepared to haul particular items they need to dispose of, such as large appliances and household waste like furniture or mattresses, as pick-up services will not be provided for them.
