Fayette County student winners in ‘I Voted’ sticker contest

Fayette County, WV (WOAY) – Fayette County students participated in West Virginia’s first-ever “I Voted” sticker contest.

The contest is put on by the West Virginia Secretary of State’s Office. Students from around the state submitted drawings for the 2026 I voted sticker, which will be given out to voters.

Fayette County’s first-place winner was Sarabella Wood from Midland Trail.

The second-place winner, also from Midland Trail, is Presleigh Hypes.

Allie Ruleman is the third-place winner. She is from Fayetteville, pre-k through 8.

Each county submits its first-place winning design to the Secretary of State’s office for the regional contest. The state winner will be announced in March, and you’ll be able to vote on your favorite of the four finalists.
