Fayette County, WV (WOAY ) – A Fayette County man has been sentenced to prison for the beating of his estranged wife.
Robert Hull will spend one and a half to six years in prison after pleading guilty to unlawful assault and domestic battery.
He was arrested last February after police responded to a domestic incident.
The Fayette County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office says that Hull attacked his estranged wife, ripped a necklace from her neck, and caused injuries so severe that she was treated for broken ribs.
He was previously convicted of domestic battery of the same victim in 2020.
