Fayetteville, WV (WOAY) – A trespassing investigation leads to multiple charges for a Fayette County man.
According to court records, 45-year-old John Samuel Lowe has been charged with 3 counts of possession with intent to deliver narcotics and one count of being a prohibited person in possession of a firearm.
Fayette County sheriff’s deputies responded to a home in Powellton, WV, on Monday, March 23rd, where they found Lowe passed out inside a running vehicle with his foot on the gas pedal.
Deputies performed a search of the vehicle and found a loaded firearm, brass knuckles, more than $3,500 in cash, digital scales, and marijuana, along with suspected fentanyl and methamphetamine.
Lowe is being held on a $100,000 cash-only bail at the Southern Regional Jail.
