Fayette County, WV (WOAY) – The Fayette County Health Department has partnered with Mountains of Hope to install sunscreen dispensers around the county.
The dispensers will give tourists and county residents access to sunscreen all summer long in an effort to reduce skin cancer.
Skin cancer is the most common form of cancer in the United States, but it is also the most preventable.
In addition to sunscreen, you can prevent skin cancer by wearing protective clothing, taking advantage of shade, and avoiding indoor tanning.
