Oak Hill, WV (WOAY)- A Florida man is facing extradition from fayette county.
According to Sheriff Mike Fridley, a Florida agency contacted Fayette County deputies early this morning about a wanted man they suspected to be in the Lansing area after tracking his cellphone.
Deputies were able to locate and arrest the individual as a fugitive from the law.
36-year-old Zachary T. Garlock of Spring Hill, Florida, was wanted for felony sexual battery by a custodial authority from the Hernando County Sheriff’s Department.
Authorities transported Garlock to a Southern Regional Jail pending extradition.
