We have a couple of our resorts that will be there. They’re looking for everything from tour guides to cooks and people who work in the restaurants,” Tim Naylor, Executive Assistant for the Chamber of Commerce, said. There’s a little bit of everything, from health care, assisted living facilities, and coal mines. Those are some of the bigger ones. And then the West Virginia Department of Transportation will also be there.”
Naylor said that someone left last year’s fair with three potential jobs to pick from.
“Those people who are looking for work are able to meet in one centralized location, with all those different job opportunities. And many of them, again, will walk out of there with a job.”
