FAYETTEVILLE, WV (WOAY) – The Fayette County Assessor’s Office will be closed all week due to COVID-19.
In a Facebook post on Sunday, Assessor Eddie Young said the office has six active cases. It was supposed to be closed until Tuesday, but will be extended for the safety of the public.
The office is scheduled to reopen on Monday, October 18th.
