FAYETTE COUNTY, WV (WOAY) – Fayette County Board of Education has approved the school calendar for next year.
The Board of Education voted on Tuesday evening and passed the school calendar for the 2020-2021 academic school year.
The first day for students will be Thursday, August 13, 2020, and the last day for students will be Monday, May 24, 2021.
Students will continue to get a full week off the week of Thanksgiving. Spring break will be Monday, March 8, 2021, through Friday, March 12, 2021.
The first day for staff will be on Monday, August 10, 2020, and the last day for staff will be Tuesday, June 1, 2021.
