McDowell County, WV (WOAY) – On Thursday evening, April 10, the McDowell County Sheriff’s office and State Police responded to a two-vehicle accident on Route 16 near Squire.
In one car, two passengers, Richard Dillon Senior and Junior, were both found deceased.
The driver of that vehicle, a woman, is in the hospital with significant injuries.
The driver of the car that caused the accident, Brandon Dunford, is charged with two counts of negligent homicide, passing a no-passing zone, failure to maintain control, and reckless driving.
