Beckley, WV (WOAY)-The Beckley community is mourning the loss of 72-year-old William Clark, who was tragically killed in a hit-and-run Saturday night while crossing Robert C. Byrd Drive.
Now, his family and neighbors are not only remembering his life, they are calling for change.
