It is time for West Virginia’s Monster Trout Contest!
To help prepare for the event, the West Virginia Division of Natural Resources has stocked over 40 bodies of water with more than 40 thousand pounds of trophy-sized and monster trout.
Five of which have a special tag, that when caught and submitted with a photo can make you eligible for a weekend stay at a WV state park cabin or Cabela’s prize package!
The contest ends on November 17th, so all entries must be submitted by then.
