Appalachian Power Company plans to install new electrical infrastructure on Bartel Court in Crab Orchard this Sunday, September 27th. Flaggers will coordinate brief traffic stops on Robert C. Byrd Drive near the Wilcox Valley Avenue intersection from approximately 7 to 11 am. Drivers should expect intermittent traffic stops during this time.
