This is to serve as notice that effective immediately, until further notice, the Overlook Observation Deck (wooden structure) located on East River Mountain is closed to the public due to structural failure. This closure notice does not apply to the concrete areas; sidewalk, parking lot or shelter. Questions or concerns may be addressed to the City of Bluefield, (304) 327-2401 ext. 2415.
