Through Saturday, we are looking at some accumulating snow. Mainly a dusting to 1 inch across the southern and eastern area, while 1-3 inches are going to be in our most western and northeast areas across the higher elevations. Rain, mixing in with snow seems to be the main limiting factor on the max snowfall that we get from this storm.

We will be mostly dry after Sunday, through at least Wednesday. Our next storm system comes through late Wednesday into Thursday morning. The track is something we are continuing to watch with this as some models want to go further north of our area. Rain also appears to be an issue with this system as well. We will continue to monitor how warm the temperatures get by this time and where the track of the system seems to line up.
Looking ahead to the full 7 day forecast. We have an 80% chance of snow Saturday, mainly early, with some lingering snow showers through the day. Sunday-Wednesday appear to be drier, but cool. Low’s in the single digits Tuesday into Wednesday for some. That other system will move through the region late Wednesday night into Thursday. Some models are also showing some of that snow lingering into Friday.
