Raleigh County, WV (WOAY) – Deputy Chief David Allard was recognized today for his 24 years of service at the Beckley Police Department.
The department says Allard was committed to serving the community through professionalism and leadership.
The department wished him well as he begins retirement.
His replacement, Corporal Morgan Bragg, was sworn in as Deputy Chief yesterday.
