Crab Orchard, WV (WOAY) – A Raleigh County church is opening its doors Saturday to hand out free household and back-to-school essentials.
City On A Hill in Crab Orchard is holding a community giving day from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, August 1st. Organizers say the giveaway will include gently used clothing for adults and children, backpacks, school supplies and hygiene products. Availability is limited to what remains in stock.
There is no cost to participate, and the church says the event is open to anyone in the community.
City On A Hill is located at 1297 Robert C. Byrd Drive in Crab Orchard.
