The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) reports that repeated use can result in the plastic lid loosening, posing a potential poisoning risk for children.Â
More than 65-thousand bottles are affected.Â
Consumers are advised to contact Cabinet Health for replacement lids.Â
No injuries or accidents have been reported.Â
