West Virginia (CNN)- A national recall is in effect for four-ounce refillable medicine bottles from Cabinet Health.

The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) reports that repeated use can result in the plastic lid loosening, posing a potential poisoning risk for children.

More than 65-thousand bottles are affected.

Consumers are advised to contact Cabinet Health for replacement lids.

No injuries or accidents have been reported.
