Congresswoman Miller announces $11 million for clean drinking water

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congresswoman Carol Miller (R-WV) announced today a grant worth $11,011,000 from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources for the Drinking Water State Revolving Funds.

“As we work to revitalize Southern West Virginia, it’s critical that we reinvest in essential services, like clean drinking water, for our communities,” said Congresswoman Miller. “By doing this, we will lay a strong foundation to build a healthy workforce that propels a sustainable and modern economy for generations to come. I am thankful to the EPA for their partnership in this mission.”

The grant provides funds for the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund program and offers low interest financing options to recipients.
