MCDOWELL COUNTY, WV (WOAY) – Officials in McDowell County say the Coney Island underpass in McDowell County is temporarily closed due to high water. No word on when the underpass will re-open.
Officials also tell WOAY that there are reports of high water in the Bull Creek and Panther are of the county. If you see high water, turn around, don’t drown.
