Athens, WV (WOAY)-Concord University is inviting the community to campus for a festive night of music this holiday season.

The Fine Arts Department will host its annual carillon and choir concert on Tuesday, December 2.
Sounds of the season will begin at 6:00 p.m., near the gazebo between Marsh Hall and the Alexander Fine Arts Center, where guests can enjoy holiday music played on Concord’s 48-bell carillon.
Then at 7:00 p.m., the Concord University choirs will continue the celebration with a performance inside the Fine Arts Center lobby.
This year’s carillon performance features Concord alum Jesse Ratcliffe, now the director of music and organist at All Saints’ Episcopal Church in Maryland, returning to play a special selection of holiday favorites.
The event is free, and students, staff, and community members are all encouraged to attend.
