The university is giving all first-time undergraduate applicants for fall 2026 its in-state rate.
Students will also be eligible for additional scholarships.
The average tuition and fees rate for in-state students in Virginia is $14,462.
The university’s tuition and fees rate for 2025-2026 was $9,464.
Concord students have the lowest student loan debt of any state university in West Virginia.
