BECKLEY, WV (WOAY) – The Beckley police department is investigating a shots fired call.
The incident happened at 125 Quarry Street in Beckley last night. No one has yet to be charged, but a car with New York plates was seen leaving the area. there is no confirmed damage to the house and no injuries were reported. Police are asking that if anyone saw anything, please contact Beckley Police at 304-256-1720.
“I was making a fire, and I just heard somebody pounding on the door repeatedly, for about two minutes,” said neighbor Brooke Allen. “They heard my dog barking and took off running, about four or five guys, and they went to their car shooting behind them. Between four and seven shots.”
Allen also mentioned that the same people may have been in the area the night before last.
