BECKLEY, WV (WOAY) – A community activist and organizer, has won the Democratic primary for House of Delegates District 44.
According to the Associated Press, Christina Baisden has defeated Tristin Kinningham.
She will face off against Republican incumbent Bill Roop in the general election this fall.
