City of Welch will begin to enforce regulations to remove abandoned vehicles

WELCH, WV (WOAY) – The City of Welch says they will begin enforcing regulations to remove abandoned vehicles.

Welch officials made a post on Facebook that the city will tow, at the owner’s expense, any vehicle that is not correctly tagged.
