Princeton, WV (WOAY) The Princeton Police Department is currently accepting applications for a new patrolman.
Physical and written examinations take place on Saturday, March 28.
Interested applicants must bring a form of photo ID and a completed physical form from their physician.
Physical exams will be held at 9:00 am at the Princeton Soccer Field at Ingleside Road and Tiger Drive.
Applicants who pass the physical exam will qualify for the written exam, which will take place at 1:00 pm at the Princeton Municipal Building at 800 Bee Street.
Benefits include a $1,000 per year uniform allowance, $10,000 sing on bonus after completing civil service requirements, a competitive salary with multiple overtime opportunities, dental, eye, and health insurance, and more.
Applications can be picked up in person at the municipal office at 800 Bee Street in Princeton, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
