City of Princeton announces return of Music in the Park Concert Series kicking off on June 26

Princeton, WV (WOAY)- The City of Princeton announces the return of the highly anticipated Music in the Park 2025 Concert Series.

The weekly event brings live Music and community engagement to Mercer County’s Princeton City Park.

Music in the Park takes place on the first four Thursdays of each month from June through September.

All concerts begin at 6:30 p.m.

Admission is free, and these open-air performances are suitable for the whole family to enjoy.

Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets for comfort, as seating is limited.

As a highlight of this year’s lineup, a special featured concert will take place each month, showcasing a diverse range of musical styles, from classic rock to blues and country.

Spotlight performances kick off on Thursday, June 26, at 6:30 p.m. with the Best of Times Band, bringing classic rock and oldies hits.

The Music in the Park 2025 Concert Series would not be possible without the generous support of community sponsors, Thompson & Litton, Princeton Rescue Squad, City National Bank, STAR-95, and Community Connections.
