Hinton, WV (WOAY)-Here’s a quick reminder for residents of Hinton.
It’s time to roll up your sleeves for the City of Hinton Community Clean-Up!
The city is asking everyone to help clean up local neighborhoods.
Crews will be collecting couches, furniture, appliances, and bagged trash.
Remember, no tires, chemicals, paint, loose trash, or yard waste allowed!
Pickup begins September 8 and runs through the 19, with different areas scheduled each day.
Make sure your items are curb-ready the day before your scheduled pickup, and keep it under 10 bags per house.
Here’s a look at the schedule:
Sept 8–9: City Public Works to 10th Ave
Sept 10–11: 10th Ave to 2nd Ave
Sept 15: 2nd Ave to the bottom of Avis Bridge
Sept 16: Remaining Avis area
Sept 17–18: Lower Bellepoint to Zion Mountain Road
And Sept 19: Zion Mountain to SC ARH
