A federal court has sentenced a Raleigh County man to more than three years in federal prison for retaliating against a government witness

McDowell, WV (WOAY) – A Chicago man has been sentenced for his role in a smuggling operation into FCI McDowell.

Auturo Joel Gallegos was sentenced to three years of federal probation.

Gallegos admitted to his role in flying packages of cell phones, tobacco, and marijuana into FCI McDowell.
