CASA of New River will host “Meet the Candidates, CASA style” on Tuesday, October 13, at 6:00 p.m. at the Beckley Art Center on Johnstown Road.
The nonpartisan event will focus on issues affecting children, families, and local communities.
Questions will come from teachers, social workers, community organizers, and advocates who work directly with children and families.
CASA of New River says the event is designed to go beyond campaign talking points and allow candidates to address community concerns.
